Hey Evan, I did keep the awesome sox, and even got bonus pair. However, I think giving up an appendix for these sox, however great they are, was just not a wise deal.

Those are cool socks. But I’m not quite sure what to think about the label “Tred Mates”.
Glad you are out of that hospital.
The socks I got when I had my appendectomy were light brown. Evan, you see the pattern on the sole? They are called Tred Mates because the pattern is a rubber tread. In them, patients can walk on slick hospital floors without slipping.
I hope you will be feeling better soon, Cara. And also hopefully Capt. Vicodin is still nearby, should you need him.
